The owner will not be liable to the client for the following:
a. For any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of public services to the property, resident’s swimming pools or pool enclosures.
b. For any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or clients travel delays on the arrival day or any other matters beyond the control of the owner.
c. For any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period. In any such event, the owner shall, within 2 weeks of notification to the client, refund to the client all sums in full previously paid in respect of the rental period.
d. For any loss or damage to the client’s belongings within the apartment.
Under no circumstances will the owner’s liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period.
